Peter Wilhelm, owner of Tameq GmbH, is a Swiss-based B2B distributor specializing in oscilloscopes and industrial electronics. He approached Soft Solutions4U with a webshop that was not only underperforming but also riddled with operational inefficiencies.

Product prices were frequently outdated, customer quote requests were buried in disorganized email threads, and managing a catalog of over 4,000 products had become increasingly unmanageable.

Challenge:

Quote requests were handled via email, leading to confusion, lost messages, and no central tracking.
