An entrepreneur at heart, Sharmistha had started out as a developer. After juggling family and a full-time 9-to-5 job, she decided to start off on her own. Great communication, lots of effort, and consistent attention to small details helped her build lasting relationships with her customers over the past twelve years. Sharmistha – popularly known as Shar, enjoys her time off-screen by intensive training for marathons or working with different Non-profit Organizations.

Having worked for the most respected Multinational like Maersk Line and Essar for 20 years as a Chief Engineer and leading multi-million dollar Dry-Dock projects successfully, Shantanu brought in the much-needed knowledge of International Standards and ISO into SoftSolutions4U. Being the principal Advisor and CFO, Shantanu ensures that income and expenditure are audited regularly. An ace basketball player, Shantanu had represented State in Junior Basketball. Come rain or sunshine, Shantanu never misses his weekend basketball games!

When Latha was entrusted to manage customer relationships for just 10 days while Sharmistha was on vacation, little did she realize that it would turn out to be a lifelong career for her. 18 years down the line, Latha is now an integral part of the HR team, an invaluable part of management, and shares a fantastic rapport with all customers. Whatever precious free time she gets after juggling her career and family, she spends reading books. She also makes the most awesome chicken stew!
