We rebuilt the entire webshop using Shopware Community Edition to resolve outdated pricing, streamline quote request workflows, and simplify large-scale catalog management. The solution included custom plugin development for B2B-specific requirements such as dynamic pricing, structured quote handling, and tailored checkout logic—ensuring full ownership, zero transaction fees, and strong alignment with DACH market expectations.
